How does per-user pricing work?
Your base plan includes a set number of extensions and minutes. Need more users? Add them at $8/mo each — every extra user includes 500 minutes/mo.
What counts as a minute?
Outbound minutes only. Inbound calls are always unlimited and free on all plans.
What happens if I go over my minutes?
Calls continue — we never cut you off. Overages are $0.02/min and deducted from your balance automatically.
What is the toll-free number on Business Pro?
A 1-800/833/844/855/866/877/888 number included in your Pro plan. Inbound calls to it are unlimited at no extra charge.
What is the passphrase vault?
Optional client-side encryption. Set a passphrase and your voicemails are encrypted in your browser before upload. Even we can't read them.
Why crypto only?
Privacy. A credit card ties your identity to your phone service. Crypto lets you pay anonymously — consistent with our privacy-first approach.
